Because of an upcoming event later this month, Facilitation would like to propose a roving GA to help advertise the event.

Proposal: The GA will be held at … on Sunday, 19th February or Tuesday, 21st February for the purpose of advertising and gaining attention for the upcoming February rally.

Personally, I think we should wait until we have facilitation trainings to do a more public GA. I know personally I’m a bit rusty and I feel like if we are going to be putting on a GA in front of many people we should make sure we look like we know what we’re doing.

So, as for the proposal I think it’s great and am all for these public/roving GAs but I think we do need trainings first would be my 2 cents.

I like the idea of roving GAs. I think that once a week might be a bit much. Maybe we can start with once a month. I also agree with Ian in that we should really be on our game facilitating the roving GAs especially. That said, I don’t think that we should wait for TCU to conduct the facilitation training sessions. They already have a bunch of things they are working on. We should plan a training session soon. We can then leave future facilitation training sessions to TCU. Thoughts?
