Facilitation normally meets Wednesdays at 5 PM.
The Facilitation Working Group is tasked with ensuring the efficient operation of Occupy KC as a whole. Notably, they run our General Assemblies (the meeting of all occupiers and friends of Occupy KC which is the heart of the group). Facilitation is tasked with facilitating the consensus-based decision making process, ensuring that everyone stays on task and that all voices are heard and respected. Facilitation also ensures the smooth operation of Working Groups. We are concerned with the logistics and organization that make everything come together.

Attendance: Andrew, Tony, Ian (video conference), Josh R., Pi.Proposal passed: move to two GA’s each week – Sunday and Tuesday.

Agree. 1. Make quorum and head count times clear in this doc. 2. Automatic call for discussion does not occur if one dissent, according to this. It looks like it just passes. We don’t do that. I’d like to ask that the facilitation team review the approved GA Flow and process. There have already been talks of blocks coming at tonight’s GA.
